AUDIO SERVICES

Sound Solutions Built for Every Space

Each service group is designed around what the space is for and how it is run day to day.

SERVICE GROUPS

The right service for each space

No single configuration fits every space. Tony Lab Audio starts from the existing setup, the people who use it and the acceptance criteria, then sets the right scope of work.

Each group below covers the goal, the common problems, how Tony Lab Audio handles them and what you receive at handover.

Club with YME Audiotechnik ULTRA main PA hung on both sides, a grid LED ceiling and a central DJ stage.

Club & Lounge

Tony Lab Audio surveys the floor plan, simulates coverage and checks the existing system before designing the bass, Main/Fill, DSP, limiters and presets for each Club, Lounge or Bar format.

  • Input: floor plan, capacity, DJ/live programme and operating level.
  • Work: coverage, phase, delay, crossover, gain structure and amplifier protection.
  • Handover: operating presets, a signal-flow diagram and test criteria for each listening area.

Church Audio

Tony Lab Audio assesses speech intelligibility, reverberation, coverage, feedback risk and ease of operation to build a solution that fits the architecture and the liturgy.

  • Survey of the materials, the length of the nave, the microphone positions and the pews.
  • Coverage design, DSP/automixing and presets for the celebrant, the readers and the choir.
  • A one-touch operating guide and training for the people who run the system on site.

Residential

Designed around the size of the room, the interior materials, the listening position and the family’s habits, with priority on looks, ease of use and reusing equipment that still fits.

  • Clarify the need: music, films, karaoke or a multi-purpose room.
  • Speakers, subwoofers, cabling and DSP laid out for the room, not copied from a template.
  • Simple presets for each family member and each way the room is used.

Audio Engineer Services

For systems that are installed but not working as they should: Tony Lab Audio measures the signal flow, phase, delay, DSP, limiters and the interaction with the room before proposing a fix or a replacement.

  • Separate hardware faults, configuration errors and room acoustics.
  • Rebuild the routing, gain structure, alignment, EQ and protection thresholds.
  • Handover of the measurement report, the fault list and the preset files within the agreed scope.

Hardware Repair

Equipment is taken in on its symptoms and diagnosed in the lab. You get the cause, the parts, the limits of the repair, the load-test method and the warranty terms before any work starts.

  • Checks on the power supply, amplification, drivers, crossovers and circuit boards.
  • Component-level repair to the agreed diagnosis and repair plan.
  • Handover of the repair record, the load-test results and the safe operating limits.

Waterproofing & Marine Treatment

Treated zone by zone — cabinet, front and driver area, crossover board, connection area and hardware — with the scope set by the model, the condition of the equipment and where it is installed.

  • Survey of the model, its condition and its mounting position before the scope is fixed.
  • Treatment from the cabinet surface through to the crossover board and the connection area.
  • Handover of the scope of work, the water-exposure limits and maintenance guidance.

COMMITMENT & PHILOSOPHY

Proof before promises

A clear process · engineering decisions before equipment · real projects and sourced data.

A Transparent Six-Step Process

From survey and design to tuning and handover, each stage has clear technical acceptance criteria before the next one starts.

Engineering Decides — Equipment Follows

A configuration only matters when the whole system runs reliably and does what it is meant to do, not because one device has impressive specs.

Real Projects — Clear Technical Records

Every public project is a real installation, backed by on-site measurements and verified technical records.

OUR PROCESS

Six Controlled Steps From Survey to Handover

Our engineering approach is built into six quality-control steps. Catching risks at the survey stage lets owners weigh the options and the costs before any work begins.

  1. 01

    Consultation & Problem Definition

We listen to how the space will be used, clarify the site conditions and set the technical requirements.

  2. 02

    Site Survey & Measurement

We survey the infrastructure and measure the acoustics (RT60, background noise) to catch architectural risks early.

  3. 03

    System Design & Simulation

We simulate coverage, calculate the frequency response and fine-tune the equipment configuration in specialist software.

  4. 04

    Installation & Site Control

Installed to the technical drawings, wired to safety standards, with every change on site tightly managed.

  5. 05

    Tuning & Verification

Gain, alignment, EQ, limiters and routing are tuned, and every function is verified against real operating scenarios.

  6. 06

    Handover & Knowledge Transfer

We hand over the technical records, train the team that will run the system and keep a support line open for the long term.
