Phase 2 — Fix & Tuning

  1. Diagnosis & a transparent proposalWe identify the cause and propose the scope of work, the cost and the assumptions before starting.
  2. Setup rebuild & DSP tuningWe re-tune the configuration, carry out Phase Alignment and get the best out of the existing speakers.

Phase 3 — Handover & Support

Frequently Asked Questions

Tony Lab Audio did not install my system. Will you still work on it?

Yes. Tony Lab Audio diagnoses and fixes any system independently; we do not need to be the original installer. That is exactly what Audio Engineer Services is, as distinct from our full installation packages.

Do I have to buy new equipment, or can you work with what I have?

Replacement is never the default. We measure to sort out the causes, assess what DSP re-tuning can achieve and only propose a replacement when the hardware cannot meet the agreed goal.

How is this different from Tony Lab Audio’s Hardware Repair service?

Audio Engineer Services deals with configuration, acoustics and operation (tuning, mixing, setup) when the equipment still works but does not perform as it should. When the problem is genuinely broken hardware (circuit boards, power supplies, amplifiers), Tony Lab Audio has a separate, in-depth Hardware Repair & Salt-Air Moisture Protection service.

Our resort’s owners are not in Vietnam often. Can you report in English?

Yes. We provide bilingual technical reports when needed, so foreign owners can follow the work and make decisions remotely without relying on an interpreter on site.

Will the survey or the work disrupt our business hours?

No. The Tony Lab Audio team schedules measurements and work outside business hours, leaves the space clean and has the system ready to run before you open.

Do you take on projects outside Nha Trang?

The survey scope is confirmed by location, technical requirements and each project’s schedule.
