Our old system cost over a billion dong, but it tires the ear and keeps failing. Can you fix it, or do we have to replace everything?+
Tony Lab Audio measures the system to separate configuration faults, the effect of the room and the condition of the hardware. Equipment that still fits is kept; replacements are only proposed when the test results show they are needed.
Why buy the solution and the equipment from Tony Lab Audio rather than a regular speaker dealer?+
Traditional dealers "sell the boxes" and consider the job done. Tony Lab Audio delivers a system that earns its keep. We take responsibility for the whole technical chain: from the acoustic calculations for your floor plan and pro audio equipment with real, honestly rated power, through to Smaart v9 tuning and locked safety thresholds. You are buying technical peace of mind for your venue, not a pile of separate equipment.
Which speaker brands do you supply? Are they genuine, with real rated power?+
Tony Lab Audio imports Funktion-One (Made in England) and YME Audiotechnik directly — YME Audiotechnik is our core line and the first choice for nightlife projects. All equipment is imported with full CO/CQ documents, with no distributor in between. Each configuration is simulated for 3D coverage and its power calculated precisely for the floor area; we never sell grey-market equipment or inflate specifications.
Where can I buy genuine YME Audiotechnik speakers for my bar or club?+
Tony Lab Audio imports YME Audiotechnik directly. When you work with us, you are not just buying boxes — we survey and simulate coverage before choosing the configuration, install the system and tune it with Smaart v9 once it is in place.
What does your full package include, from drawings to handover?+
The full package covers: (1) Survey and 3D acoustic simulation of the floor plan. (2) Advice on and supply of speakers, amplifiers and DSP matched to your venue. (3) Installation to proper technical standards. (4) System Tuning with Smaart v9. (5) Handover of a simple 1-touch interface for staff, plus regular maintenance.
Will the speakers spoil the look of the venue?+
They should not. For lounges and speakeasies Tony Lab Audio uses compact European speakers or finishes that follow the colours of the architecture. At Warm Club the glass design was kept and the sound was steered instead of covering the walls; at Oslo Club the rattling decorative panels were fixed through the DSP without tearing out the interior. Each position is chosen to look right while still being technically correct.
Our venue faces homes. Can the music be kept off the neighbours?+
It can be controlled. At Chóe Food Garden, speakers aimed down at the tables and a vertical sub stack cut the level at the residential boundary by more than 12dB; at Palms Bistro, the open frontage was handled by zoning the speakers and planning the low end, and the neighbours opposite no longer complain. The survey starts by measuring the level at your boundary.
How can we upgrade or re-tune the system without closing the venue?+
The Tony Lab Audio installation team and engineers do all the technical work, including Pink Noise measurements, during the day (8:00–16:00). The space is left clean and the system is ready for guests before you open each night.
If a speaker burns out or the sound cuts out on our busiest Saturday night, how does your support work?+
RMS/Peak Limiters are set to the equipment and the operating level to reduce the risk of overload. Response times, backup equipment and the scope of incident support are written into the service agreement.
How is the cost of a full package worked out, and how do we know the sound pays off for the business?+
The cost is built from the floor area, the ceiling height, the operating model, the equipment being kept and the acceptance criteria. Business results should be tracked by the owner with operating data; Tony Lab Audio does not turn sound quality into a revenue figure without data to compare against.
